Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order are weight/size based and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays to the postal service which are outside of our control.
We currently use Royal Mail for our delivery service.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item(s) is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the original order amount plus the original shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item(s) back to us so it is advisable to get proof of postage.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@woodlandwitchery.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
